Take two capsules twice daily and your infection will be cured in a day. I discovered this by chance, and Pau d'Arco has worked for me for over 20 years.

Improved sleep quality

I discovered this accidentally while searching for something to help my dog's itching ear. After five years of insomnia due to neuropathy, I can finally sleep. It doesn't alleviate pain, but I now sleep well without feeling groggy. I was unsure if it was the Pau d'Arco, but when I don't take it, I struggle to sleep. It also helped my dog with her yeast infection—mixing it in her food and cleaning her ear has cleared that up.

I used this for a yeast infection and it seemed to work. However, I did notice the capsules had a slight soap taste. I wonder if the storage conditions caused this, as they might have been near soap.
